WebSurvey
Whether you are trying to gauge the level of your customers’ satisfaction, survey your employees, or measure the success of your e-marketing efforts, WebSurvey provides the power, flexibility, and security you need to achieve your market research objectives.

Designing a survey is an easy task to accomplish because WebSurvey is a web-based ASP that utilizes the latest technology in survey programming, hosting, monitoring, and management. Like all of the tools in the Peer360 Marketing Suite, WebSurvey is extremely user-friendly.

Depending on the question format and the information needed, WebSurvey’s flexibility allows for a
number of answering options like multiple choice, single answer, open ended or Likert scale weighting.

Other WebSurvey options control whether or not a survey answer can be changed, when a survey may be taken, when or if a survey may be retaken and who may take a survey. Additionally, WebSurvey contains a point awards system. When used, points are awarded either when an entire survey is taken or when certain questions are answered.

Logos, graphics, and colors can be incorporated into your survey to reflect your corporate identity and branding efforts. WebSurvey also creates an archive of past surveys for quick reference.

Once formatted, a survey is uploaded to the web-server and ready to be distributed for data collection. The collected information is available for real-time reporting and can be password protected for added security.

WebSurvey provides the real-time results immediately upon the respondent pressing the “submit” button. Data is presented in easy to read bar or pie graphs. An advanced function allows for data to be exported into other CRM or statistical analysis software.

WebProspector tracks every item your prospect reviews, the order in which they review those items, how long they look at them, and where they exited. WebProspector also reports which marketing materials the sales force used, when they sent out the initial email and any follow-up digital communications.
